Q: Why did you choose to remodel your existing home?
A: “We needed to expand our living space and decided to do so by finishing our basement.”
Q: What were the overall design goals for your home?
A: “Our overall design goal was to create a fun, family space which would attract our children and their friends to for years to come.”
Q: Were there any challenges that needed to be addressed?
A: “Our build was unique because it was designed by me, sketches and all. The Bluerock team was very patient with me as we tried to make my dream a reality.”
Q: What is your favorite thing about your home?
A: “I love that my children love our new basement.”

A: “Our family loves the way it turned out. All of them, even the teenagers, disappear down there for hours on end.”
Q: In what ways has your new space improved your daily life?
A: “Having the additional space in our home has given us room to breathe, and has drastically reduced the noise volume of our main floor living space!”
Q: What advice would you give to someone thinking about starting a remodel project?
A: “When schedules slide, prices go up, and contractors fail-- choose patience.”
